Everyone here are always friendly, professional and helpful. My only complaint is that I had a 10:30 appt for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't get out of there until around 2pm. That's an awfully long time for a simple procedure. I was told that there was a gotcha with the appt scheduling system causing overbooking, which sucks, but waiting well over 3 hours was a bit much. However, that being said, my car will only receive care here bc I trust you.

Appointment for oil change was ay 10:00 & it was after 12:00 before it was finished. NEVER had a 2 hour oil change.
