Master Automotive Technician

Job Title: Master Automotive Technician

Location: 3822 Sycamore Dairy Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303

Job Duties:

  • Use diagnostic skills, tools, and equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning vehicle components such as engines, brakes, exhaust systems, and electronic systems.
  • Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on Volkswagen, BMW, and similar vehicles. 
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with customers to explain vehicle issues, recommend necessary repairs or maintenance, provide cost estimates, and ensure a clear understanding of services performed.

Requirements:

  • 12 months of training.
  • Formal automotive training program and ASE Master Certification.
  • 24 months of experience as a Diagnostic Technician or in a similar role working on VW, BMW, or similar high-end brands, with a strong background in diagnosing and fixing issues across various vehicle systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Compensation: $57,907.00/ Year
