Gross negligence from the service department- I feel like they never took my complaints seriously and was even told my issues were due to how I drive my vehicle. Let me drive away with seriously damaged tires, was not shown just how bad they were. I could have had a blown out and died.

Jim and Kelsey do an amazing job , Jim has been in customer service since 1982 in this town , he is a rock to this business and they are fortunate to have his experience as the face of this company , they were fair and honest . All my concerns were addressed in a timely manor . They provided me with updates and also a workable time line for other services that will be due at a later date . Knowing where you are today and will be tomorrow in regards to care is crucial when making decisions on repairs . Again thank you for your honest care .

We also apologize for the credit card payment issue. Our card machine was down the day of your service, but we are typically able to process card payments at VW.
