I had a good experience from when I dropped off my car with Mr. Jim to when I picked it up. They were able to complete everything I had requested and found a recall I didn't know about. The work was done well and I feel confident in bringing my car here for service. Mr. Jim was very nice when I spoke with him and the other employees I interacted with were as well.
