The letter notifying me of the recall said that the fix would take about 3 hours, the service advisor said more like 4 hours. I had a 9AM appointment and expected a call saying that my car was ready somewhere around 1PM. At approximately 3:30PM, I called to find out the status of my car and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 more minutes. I didn't receive a call that the car was ready until 4:45PM/

I had a great experience with my most recent service. I brought in my vehicle because there was an issue with the door handle. My service advisor, Patrick, noted that my vehicle was also due for routine maintenance. He fixed the issue with my door and completed my service all in one appointment.

Great customer service. I also got to meet this really nice Polish lady there who did not try to sell me a car (which is great) but if I were to buy a car it would definitely be from her. She showed me the new 2025 Jetta line up and had amazing knowledge of the vehicles and answered questions about my own 2024 jetta. My best experience by far at any automotive dealership.
