Your break room should offer free snacks and a bottle of water per customers. I had asked for a free oil change from this summer due to it taking months to replace door handle.

Thank you for your sharing your feedback. We try to keep our mini fridge in the waiting area stocked with complimentary bottles of water, and we apologize for falling short on that during your visit. We do our best to make customers as comfortable as possible and do have food and beverage vending machines in the waiting area. We always want customers to be comfortable as they wait for their vehicles to be serviced, so we do appreciate your feedback and look forward to improving.
