I had a 2PM appointment for the first oil change on my 2024 Atlas R Line I bought from Valley. I inquired at 3:30 what was taking so long, got the run around about other appointments only to be told my brand new Atlas has a leak and they are trying to locate it. They decided it was safe to drive and I would be called on Thursday to schedule the repairs. It’s Thursday and I haven’t receive a call. This is how you treat long time customers?
