Because I still don’t have a diagnosis of what’s wrong with my car. I wasted money for nothing. Also I had an appointment at 9:00 am and didn’t leave there until 1:00 pm. It’s like I didn’t have a appointment

I arrived at 9:05am for an oil change. I didn't leave until 11:13. I figured 1 1/2 hours tops. With it taking so long. I figured definitely a quick car wash I should have gotten. But to no avail. I think I'll use Goldsboro Volkswagen next time. I paid $124, by the way, for this oil change
