    I recently took my car in for service at this dealership, and I was disappointed to be charged for maintenance services that are typically free. I’ve always relied on this dealership for routine maintenance, expecting the usual high level of service and transparency, but this time I felt taken advantage of. I would appreciate more clarity and consistency in the future, as this unexpected charge left a bad impression. I hope they review their pricing and customer communication moving forward.

    We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our dealership. The first two maintenance services on your vehicle came free with the vehicle purchase, with Volkswagen covering the cost of those services. After the first two services, the cost of service is covered by the customer. We applied a $20 discount at your last service. The customer shop charge of $4.05 is a charge added to cover expenses like waste oil disposal, topping off fluids, wheel weights, etc. We thank you for your feedback and apologize for the confusion.     Quick service. But tech checked that the air filter passed. Yet I double checked and filter was brown it was so filthy. Filled with debris as well. Clearly tech did not bother to open and look. Had to recheck everything else because if they didn’t do that who’s to say they did anything else. Oil did appear to have been changed and now taking it someplace else to get the rest of the car checked out. Only reason I brought it here was because I bought carefree maintenance. Clearly a mistake. Next time driving to Cary VW because this shop can’t be trusted.

    I had purchased a vehicle and there was an issue that needed to be tended to in order to experience the vehicle to it's fullest capacity. I was met with such care and kindness as well as given use of a loaner to do the things I needed to do. I was deeply moved by the kindness of everyone!
