The Court has approved settlements regarding diesel emissions from Volkswagen 2.0L TDI vehicles. Eligible owners can choose to: (1) sell their car back to Volkswagen for cash or terminate their lease early; or (2) receive an emissions modification, if approved by regulators. In addition to the buyback or emissions modification, some owners could receive an additional $5,100 - $10,000 payment.
