The competitor's price must be documented with a binding, written agreement (provided upon request) from a currently franchised Volkswagen dealer located within 200 miles of Valley Volkswagen, and the agreement must be dated within 10 days of the date you request our price. The agreement must show the specific vehicle quoted by vehicle identification number and the vehicle must be in the competitor's available inventory.
