The reason I take my car to Valley Auto World as opposed to someone else, is because I know that the job will be done right the first time, genuine VW parts are used and that's very important to me, and I'm alway's treated like part of the family when I go for service. Having the option to be taken home while repairs are being done, and then being picked up when the repairs are finished, is a huge plus...and everyone from the Service Consultant Mike, to the Shuttle Driver Barry, were great....I'm very happy and pleased with the service I received.
